OPEN GYM  

NOW AVAILABLE!

City Fit is open for booking Open Gym slots for up to 6 members at a time. Classes are being added back, with even more to come as they fill! Class sizes are limited, depending on the class.

Anyone with a City Fit membership can BOOK time slots to workout at the gym with some restrictions. As of, Tuesday March 1st, 2022 masks will no longer be be mandated in City Fit for MEMBERS & GUESTS. We do strongly urge that when taking classes in which you cannot distance, or working out in a group while breathing heavy, that you wear a mask, if possible. All members and guests are required to wipe down all areas of the gym that have been used. Also, most importantly, remember to be kind to others. Everyone has the right to decide what works best for them.

With the City Fit app you will be able to reserve specific areas/equipment in the gym, to ensure what you want to use is available for your Open Gym session. Here are some ways our members enjoy Open Gym.

Use our Lululemon Studio Mirror for unlimited workouts to follow along when you don’t feel like making up your own workout when coming in.

Want to make sure you get a squat rack? You can do that here!

Or maybe it’s just too hot to get in the miles you need to train for a race? Be sure that you can run when you want to on our airRunner!

We will also continue Virtual Coaching and Training via Zoom for anyone who wants to continue working out at home. Or those who have now started adding them when out of town and want to stay on track! We have had some of the most consistent members lately with our newest Fitness Lifestyle options like Zoom Training and Zoom from anywhere classes.

And now you can sign up for in person Small Group Training in groups of up to 6! Lock in a routine and start focusing on you! Sessions are held 7 days a week! And if you can’t decide between it all, try our ALL NEW β€œLite” Small Group Training Membership, giving you 8 sessions each month with a trainer and unlimited Open Gym, Fitness classes, & Mirror Workouts & Stretching.

THE

facility

City Fit is a unique training studio that was designed for small groups to easily workout in a space that has something for everyone. We designed it to include cardio machines, free weights and cable machines, a dance and yoga space, AstroTurf for agility and strength training, even a Mirror with classes available for you to pick when you don’t feel like doing your same old workouts, lockers, and shower facilities with complimentary towels and soaps. We also have a water cooler with filtered water. We do not use disposable cups however, so bring a bottle with you or purchase one of ours and leave it if you please. Just our way to help reduce waste.

With memberships, you gain full access when you book your Open Gym slots, reducing excuses to help you reach your goals and build a healthier lifestyle. There is not much more satisfying than knowing you will always have a free squat rack, if you so choose. Setting up your workouts like business appointments is a great way to stay consistent and focused on your goals and overall health. Our facility is perfect for any busy student or career focused individual.  Come see our facility for yourself! Appointments are required for tours.
