Stretch Sessions

Personalized stretch sessions reduce stiffness and soreness, and increase range of motion. When mobility improves, your muscles work more efficiently and your body is in better alignment. As a result, you move better and may improve athletic performance. Stretching also increases blood supply throughout the body by increasing elasticity in muscles, joints, connective tissue and blood vessels. More circulation means more oxygen and nutrients.

What to expect when rejoining or joining City Fit: 
Upon joining you will need to download our app to schedule when coming into the gym and be able to make a reservation. 
TO START, we are only allowing one on one training and open gym reservations.
What to expect when rejoining or joining City Fit: Upon joining you will need to download our app to schedule when coming into the gym and be able to make a reservation. TO START, we are only allowing one on one training and open gym reservations. That's right, you reserve the gym for an hour to yourself! Need training?!? We offer it virtual via Zoom while you workout with our Virtual Membership Package. Want to workout with you partner or your Quarantine Crew?!? No problem, so long as they also have a membership you can reserve the space and fill out the REQUIRED memo section with your Fit Fam's name(s). This will be vital in case there is ever anyone who tests positive and has been in the facility, as we can then let you know if you were there around the same times. Contact tracing and social distance are the most important implementations we have made. We will not be starting with classes at this time. We will, however, be adding them soon in extreme low reservation quantities and no high intensity styles at this time. Small Group (in person) training will begin soon as well, but for now we are focusing on virtual training. We learned that this has been a huge value in keeping our community not only fit during quarantine but, more importantly, safe! Cardio is something that people should be doing in solitude, with people you trust, or outdoors until further notice. PPE Recommendations: Face coverings are REQUIRED upon entry and exit into the building. Use during exercise is highly suggested, but your immediate health is important to us. If you cannot workout in a mask we ask that you cover your face with a towel or shirt when you cough or sneeze and stay in one area when breathing heavy.You are REQUIRED to wipe down all equipment used when finished and to leave any mat out to air dry in it's designated area. We are still providing mats and towels, but we do recommend using your own from home for safest measures. AND DON'T FORGET TO WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. And last but absolutely NOT LEAST, there will be NO TOLERANCE for racist language or behavior at City Fit. These are our RULES AND REGULATIONS. #weareCityFit
